Keller Williams and the change I needed to make

Change isn’t always pleasant. Sometimes it’s hard. Often times it means taking a chance. It means stepping out on a limb, trusting in faith that you’re making the right move and putting one foot in front of the other until it all starts to make sense.

So yeah, change…there’s a reason not a lot of people like it. But for a Real Estate agent, change can be the difference between hitting your goals or settling.

Here’s a pro tip: Never settle.

And that’s why I, your favorite Realtor, had to make a change.

With that in mind, I’m happy and proud to announce that I have officially transferred my license and will be working as an agent affiliated with Keller Williams!

Especially here in the St. Louis area, KW is rapidly expanding. When recently visiting the office I’ll be working out of, I was so impressed with the professionalism of the company and the KW Realtors I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They’re focused on hitting their goals, determined to be the best in their market and ultimately, that means they provide the best results and experiences for their clients — which is most important to me.

Keller Williams is aggressively in the market of owning the market.

They provide excellent, ongoing training and a focus on technology, analytics and self-improvement (both as a Realtor and as a person). “Inspect what you expect.” was a quote recently heard in a training session that made a huge impact on me.

The other was this:

“When you identify your focus, it changes everything.”

My goal for the next year of my career as a Keller Williams agent is to remain focused on the business of being an elite Real Estate agent. I have goals and I know what I need to do in order to reach them. Most important, though, that focus will allow me to best serve my clients, whether they are selling or buying a house.

NOTE: I don’t want to go any further into this without thanking Coldwell Banker Gundaker and everyone in my old office, especially my manager Matt, for everything that they’ve done for me over the past year or so. I learned so much there and made some friends that I look forward to working with in the future on the other side of a deal.

Personally, I just needed a change up. I needed a shock to the system — a jolt to shake off the complacency and regain my focus — and moving on to Keller Williams was the best choice for me.

So yeah, especially if you’re in the St. Louis area, please feel free to reach out. I’m with a different company, but I’m still the same guy — and I still care deeply about making the selling or buying process simple, easy and enjoyable for you. Even if you personally aren’t selling a house, a bet you know somebody who is thinking about it, and I’d love to help them. I’ll have the backing and power of a great company behind me, and I’m confident I’ll be able to help you or your people reach their Real Estate goals.

Some of my contact info is in transition for now (as in, I need to get new business cards!), but I’ll update you on what you need to know when I know it.

For now, my phone number remains the same and that’s the best way to reach me (especially if you like to text!)
